Kosovo privacy notice

For customer workspace content, the customer is normally the data controller and IT Department Group L.L.C. acts as processor under the signed data-processing agreement.

For account administration, security, support, billing, and audit evidence, IT Department Group L.L.C. may act as controller and process identity, contact, device, access, and service-usage data.

Processing is based on contract, legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as service security; consent is used where the law requires it, including optional marketing or analytics.

Workspace records can include CRM contacts, tasks, files, finance, HR, audit logs, support history, and AURA prompts, transcripts, tool results, and confirmations.

AI, registry data, retention, and rights

When external AI is configured, the relevant prompt, transcript, selected workspace context, and tool result may be sent to the configured AI provider. The deployment subprocessor list identifies the provider and hosting region.

ARBK business information is imported from the connected registry dataset. A registry email or phone is not treated as marketing consent; outreach still needs a lawful basis and opt-out where required.

Trial data is locked at expiry and returned, retained, or deleted according to the signed order. Backup copies age out under the documented retention schedule.

Individuals may request access, correction, restriction, objection, portability where applicable, or erasure through the customer or info@itdks.tech, and may complain to Kosovo's Information and Privacy Agency.
