01Match modules to the work
Review the people who will use Kraken and the processes they need: sales, tasks, projects, accounting, stock, HR or property operations. Module access is controlled by your company license. Advanced workflows may need several connected modules, such as Projects, Stock and Accounting for purchasing.
02Review a concrete demonstration
Bring an example of a client, an offer and the work that follows it. Walk through company selection, article lines, tasks, invoices and collections. For project delivery, review supplier requests and partial receipts. For property operations, review a stay, its charges and the linked invoice.
03Prepare the company before onboarding
Plan company and contact records, product or service data, user roles and supporting files. The finance team should review accounting configuration and document numbering. Decide which employees need a login and which records should be visible to each role.
04Request a quote for your setup
Use the demo booking form to discuss modules, users, integration needs and deployment requirements. Pricing and availability are confirmed for the agreed license. The license quote sets out the selected modules, user access and agreed services.
